“ I don't have time, I am very busy.”
I hear it all the time. The truth is, me too!
We all are. Between managing our family, cooking, cleaning, working, and taking care of our children, we really don’t have time left for ourselves.
Surely, we can all relate.
However, if something is truly important to us we will make time for it.
It’s all about priorities.
And although 20 minutes of movement a day doesn't seem like much, it actually helps a lot with weight loss, stress, and so much more.
I always advise my clients to wake up 45 minutes earlier than they usually would, to work out, meditate and pray.
When you start your day like that, you will have a clear mind, more energy, and an overall good feeling that will continue to increase throughout your day.
You might feel intimidated just by thinking about it, but like in anything else in life, you don’t have to do it every day. Two to three times a week is a great start!
And remember, we should control time.
